You fight off guards and the take over of Markarth begins. He rambles on his same speech and then the fight starts. Once you and your foresworn members are outside of markarth (Madanach gives you the enchantment forsworn outfit to wear) Thonar Silver-Blood makes his presence with several guards at his side. You then have the option to ask him through the dialogue “You expect to have 7 of us to do this alone?” he will respond back “I've ordered Nepos to gather up several of our camps to help us, we are not alone”. He then tells you that he and Nepos has been planning to take over Markarth for a while now, and that today is the day that Markarth sees a whole new day where the forsworn will once again take over the reach. You then approach the orc where in the dialogue you tell him “Nepos ask me to see Madanach” where he then gives you access to the the King in rags himself. You get to know your forsworn brothers by listening to their stories. You have the option to resist, but then the quest will be marked down as fail so you it's best to surrender to the guards peacefully. Once you commit the crime you will be approached by several guards.

To become a Briarheart (The last rank that you will get) you must finish your finial task, and that is to free your forsworn brothers from Cidhna mine. Each task you complete you obtain a rank a title: Forsworn, Forsworn Forager, Forsworn Looter, Forsworn Pillager and Forsworn Ravager. Some of the task may include stealing and murder. He will then give you several task to do to prove that you are forsworn material. Once you enter his house you ask him to join. You ask “How can I become a Forsworn?” then a member of the forsworn will direct you to speak with Nepos the Nose in markarth. You activate the dialogue by talking to them. Initially they will not attack you on sight, unless if you approach them in a hostile manner, so sheath your weapons and put your hands down, if you're a spell caster. So to become a forsworn you approach a member of a forsworn out in the wilderness. This would be perfect for players who's against the Stormcloaks, the Empire and not but least the Thalmor, and just want to be part of the Forsworn. I hope Bethesda has full plans (or something similar to this) of adding this in the future DLC or expansion.
